City website's link to nowhere

Error 404 - Page not found.

Alaska's Sen. Ted Stevens is being investigated for, among other things, his infamous 'bridge to nowhere' -- a $100M project that would have benefited 50 residents of an offshore island.

In Plainfield, there are no bridges to nowhere, but it seems there are links on the city's website that go nowhere. Though no one has even suggested they cost $100M.

I haven't had time to comb the site thoroughly since it's been resuscitated, but a sharp-eyed reader sent in the following observation --
I checked out the city's website as you suggested. I decided to click on every link for the fun of it. The first foul-up I noticed was that the link to the proclamation "In Memory of Former Mayor Albert T. McWilliams" is not working.
The reader's experience went on to other interesting findings from there.

Of which more, later.
