I had regrettably only a short time to experience Jo-Ann's passion for life and her love of people. Her genuine selfless dedication to fulfill the wishes of others be it personal or professional is a quality few can share. She will always be in my heart, my thoughts and in my prayers. In a world such as this, she will indeed be sorely missed.

What a beautiful spirit who dedicated herself unselfishly to causes of honor and integrity. She worked tirelessly for my husband during his campaigning days. She was the one who made him smile so much!!! It's impossible to keep a bright light from shining through. A testament to that fact is Jo-Ann Sloane whose radiant joy touched all of us. We can't help but be sad now...because we will miss you Jo-Ann, but we know that heaven is not a place where people just sit around eating milk and honey. There's heavenly work to be done! And,God has called one of His favorite workers home. It's something astonishing...something that we won't understand until we get there. We believe that you are having the time of your life in that special heavenly place doing all the things that you loved to do.
God Bless you Always!
