A woman traveling down Highland Avenue failed to stop at the corner of Hillside Avenue, and her car proceeded through the intersection to crash into a tree at the foot of the driveway of the home opposite shortly before 3:00 PM Tuesday afternoon.
The rescue squad, Mercy 6, Fire and Police Divisions responded.
The woman was transported by Medevac from Hub-Stine Field to RWJ Hospital.
Nothing further known at this point.
