Plainfield Mayor Adrian O. Mapp will be joined by Acting Union County Prosecutor Grace Park and Director of Public Safety Carl Riley tonight in a police-community forum.

The discussion will focus on protocols governing investigations into the use of force by police officers and the pilot program being launched for the use of police body cams in Union County communities, including Plainfield.

The meeting is open to all and opportunity will be given to answer questions from the public. The forum begins at 7:00 PM in the Anne Louise Davis Meeting Room of the Plainfield Public Library.

The Plainfield Public Library is at Park Avenue and West 8th Street and is an accessible facility. Parking is available in the 8th and 9th Street lots.
